Its bold, nice, clean, fits with the site and gives the site a brand image. Don't like the photo-based one, just a bit boring and does not fit that well with the rest of the site.
A couple of other minor thoughts:
- I know its going to be a .co.uk site but put "United Kingdom" or "UK" on the address and international numbers +44 (0)... on the phone numbers (the internet is worldwide afterall) - and let people know clearly on the shop bits if you will or will not ship to different countries etc.
- Have the map clickable to the multimap.co.uk version of the map.
- Personally I would advise against putting email addresses or "mailto:" code on the website - spammers web bots will eventually s$$$$e the emails from the site and you will start getting loads of junk. Better to have a contact form on the site which sends an email, assuming you can use .cgi or .php scripts to do it.

i can make the map clickable but the code wont validate... need to speak with a mate about this!
contact form is on the list... it'll go on the contact us page... but need to know what the 4x4toys server is running before i have a go.
Sorry to be a party pooper guys, but this is the logo we're getting printed on the T-shirts and stickers, so it needs to be this one (for now, I have lots of others in the pipeline).
