Can Mr Average make his voice heard ?
One voice doesn't stand a hope of being heard .
The thing is I'm sure plenty of people in the UK share my views on 4x4 and greenlane etc.
As it stands , shortly we will all lose any access to these former highways.
Is it too late to stand up for our rights ?
I've stood by ( signed the odd petition etc ) thinking I could do nothing . I haven't any easy solutions , I don't know enough about computers to set up a website to fight these faceless people who are eroding my rights. My eyes glaze over when I see the gobbledygook they phrase their legislation in. I'm not rich enough to set up a lobby group .
I do however care about losing a pleasure as simple as driving in isolated countryside with a couple of friends.
I don't want to deprive anyone of their share of the countryside .
We only had rights on a tiny minority of highways and we shared this with other users.
I wasn't hurting anyone or damaging the enviroment , yet I'm the bad guy .
The revenue from my vehicle and it's use contributed to the national revenue and business and tourist communities have benefited from my business.
However did Great Britain end up like this?
Is there enough togetherness in the 4x4 community to unite behind this cause . Can we make ourselves heard ???
Your sadly
