  • Wiper Blades

    Mornin Everyone,

Now the frost has gone i`m gonna have to replace the front wiper blades, since the frost has taken it`s toll on them.

There`s many different suppliers out there but who would you recommened.I`d rather pay a little more for a set that don`t scream when the cross the windscreen, rather than a set of cheap and nasties that will drive me round the bend.

    cheers

I have bosch. I think they were about £14.
They sometimes screech when I have used rainex cleaner on the screen.

i use to use rainex but found that wiper blades wouldnt last as long and would harden up quickly...

          Bosch are fine.

But it beats me that people expect blades to last more than one winter, what with all the grit, frost etc. I put a new one on the drivers side every spring, and throw the drivers one onto the passenger side (don't really care if hte missus can see out!)

I use rainex and hardly use the wipers, I thought that was what it was for

thats right m8 it is, but in my opinion when the rain drops formed it would cause out side light to reflect on the water droplets and then bad vision!!
so i would use the wipers... unless you are traveling at high speeds then the drops just fly off ........

My Bosch wiper were awfull, so I bought some £1.99 wipers from Lidel and they're ace. I would expect to change them next year though.
