Glass repair????

Some horrible little b*#*~rd has just scrathed their initials into my front passenger glass!!!!

Does anyone know if this can be repaired? and if so can I do it or do I need a new Glass?

Jewllers polish (rouge?) . I used a kit from www.frost.co.uk on my screen , not bad but not perfect . Or try a local screen specialist .

Depends how deep the scratch is, if it's fairly light then you can get it out with Jewlers rouge , it's like a reddish sort of paste, we used to use it on tabletops and double glazed units to remove scratches.

I'd use their head to erase it, and the window if need be, then get another window.

Nothing would give more satisfaction than using their head!!!

We have had scrotes etching the windows on the trains with what turned out to be hydroflouric acid. That is nasty stuff, which doesn't sting on contact, eats through to the bone and ulcerates out, by which time it is too late. Amputation is the only cure. Where the hell did they get it from? Why can't the transport police find the fingerless culprits?
