Video posting????

Can anyone tell me how to post a short video on the forum. It's one i took today. Just messin with the video setting. It's a Fijifilm A370 if thats any help.

Is there a special format??Or a link or somethin. Managed to get it onto Windows Media Video but what now???

Seen one on here the other day of Brick Kiln that worked fine.

Most people either host them in their own websites or use Putfile then post the link here.
