Bought me a 3rd Gen

What a beast. Had a 20 min test drive but knew within seconds that this was going to be mine, oh yes, it was going to be mine.

Champagne is the claimed colour but it says silver on the V5

Noticed the gear selector is much more complex than my secong gen. Will be fun working it all out. Everything works, even the remote locking and the gear indicator thingy on the dash is superb. It has some sort of telly that poips out of the dashboard and flips up but i don't know if i will be able to use this.

Will collect on Friday or earlier if poss. pics will follow.

You'll love it even more once you collect it,I'm thinking about trading my 3rd gen in for another one soon (SSR-G Intercooler, Auto)as the mileage on mine is getting a bit high and I would like to try an auto,having never driven one before.The 4wd system on the 3rd gens is fantastic,allowing you to drive on tarmac as well as off-road in 4wd at the push of a button on the move,without using the clutch,very tasty.Clever wee buggers these japs!The only minor gripe I have is the ****** seatbelts are too short!
