For I have sold the mighty Surf I must say in my defence however if deeeeezil was 42p a litre it would never have gone, I paid last month £792.00 in income tax to Mr Blairs government and everytime I filled the surf (which was weekly) he was getting another £30.00 so it had to go.

Bought a BMW 323i which cost £50.00 to fill and does 395 on a tank

Must say a massive thank you to all who have helped me in the past, If diesel gets cheaper i'll be back!!

Don't think the BM's gonna be much use over the fields tho

the milage on the BM won't be much better than the surf!

Beg to differ Sir, the Surf was doing at best 290 miles on a tank that cost £62.00 to fill.

The BM is doing 390 miles on a tank which costs £50.00 to fill.

Therefore £12.00 cheaper per tank and another 100 miles (bargain).
