I have just delivered the truck to the garage under cover of darkness and with quiet roads. I filled it up with plain tap water for the 500 yard drive.

I do hope the head is OK and with luck it will be a split pipe or a waterpump that caused the coolant to dribble out yesterday.

I am now relegated to my repmobile Laguna or the wifes Ignis Sport for the duration of the repairs!

Al, was she overheating or any thing? were the heaters still warm or were they blowing cold? Which garage have you taken it too?
At least the company car is better that non, you always have to look on the plus side.

I dunno about heaters really as last few days was just short trips. The temp guage was going to normal though so I suspect it all happened rather quickly

I have taken it to Spinky round at Ilkley mot and service centre. Not much choice really with an empty cooling system as Otley is 9 miles.

I will keep you informed.
