Thought the following extract from "The Cape Argus", Cape Town may interest you. Note a "bakkie" is a pick-up, probably a hilux. I like the way they say the driver may be fined!
"The driver of the bakkie involved in an accident while taking 21 children to a daycare centre may be fined for overloading or charged with reckless driving and endangering the lives of others.
The 21 children were crammed into the back of a bakkie when another vehicle smashed into the back of the vehicle in Hindle Road, Blue Downs, on Tuesday.
None were badly hurt, but they were taken to the trauma unit at the Delft Day Hospital for treatment for minor injuries and x-rays."
