Off Roading in the Midlands

Does anyone know of any Green Laning areas in the Midlands?

I've had the Surf for a year now, and the closest it's got to mud is spatter from a very dirty lorry I was following on the motorway last week.

Noticed a few places in Wales, but want somewhere local where I can get to easily and practice driving in the mud.
