There was a competetion on PetrolPrices.com (a useful site that shows you the cheapest fuel stations near you) to win a years supply of fuel (up to 2500 quids worth!) all you had to do was come up with a catchy slogan for their new car sticker.

I expected some witty, clever and ingenious entry to win... but no...



What? They got 2500 diesel dollars for that?! Some of my entrys were classics, such as The Frugal Forecourt Finder, Fueled by the Cheapest Prices, and Plump for the Pumps with the Nicest Prices.

You might have won it. I wanted the fuel all to myself!

To be fair I entered 2 hours before the comp closed. I spent those two hours trying to think of something clever, and then cocked-up the spelling...

Next comp I'll let everyone know. May raffle off some Pajero bull bars in my shed...
