Surf Security...

I've been considering an alram system for my Surf. I like the total closure systems that do up all the windows and stuff, as that'd add remote locking too. It got me thinking what other security systems can be installed...

Currently she has a Cat2 Immobiliser, and I carry an 'Alabama Lie Detector', to prevent hi-jacks or vandalism. I'm thinking of wiring up my new front badge to the electrics to stop any scallys making off with my identity.

Anyone got any ideas on innovative security and safety systems?

Run a cable from the mains from your house, and attatch underneath. Then when pikey scum try to rob, bang.

It is a Full Closure Meta alarm/immobiliser

It's very ammusing to watch people jump out of their skins as they walk past the back of the truck in a carpark. The black window tints make seeing in virtually impossible so no one can see the dogs inside when they start barking and the truck starts rocking.

How much did that set you back, if you don't mind me asking.

So my shopping list consists of a long extension cable to protect my badge, and a couple of dogs.

I can't wait to get another dog. Can't get one until we move house though, as I think it'd be too much for the mutt to put up with. I may stick one of my ferrets in the back for now.
