Front Seat Foam and seat covers

I've noticed a few threads where the foam has worn out on a number of front seats. Has any of our esteemed members sourced a good supplier for replacement foam?

In addition to this I am contemplating investing in a set of Glamouride Leather seat Covers (to go with said new foam). I've seen these fitted to my brothers Volvo and they are the dogs danglies. They do a surf fitting kit that does account for the headrests and split rear seats, have any of you fellow surfers had any experience here?
