Mrs sumo and me were geting a bit worried about our Matt cos over the last few weeks he seemed to be getting quite sensible and coherent,then to discover that he had given up biccies and moved on to LOWfat foods,well perhaps he had got himself a steady girl and she was having a bad influence on him.???????????????

i'm on the McDonalds diet... a big mac meal leaves you another 800 calories before your daily quota is up!
wake up after breakfast and go to bed before tea time and you don't eed any more food!!

no women here!... last one ran off to falklands!! (she's an army girl!)
