There is a mount available that you put into the side of the upper vents, there is a small amount surgery required to fit but nothung major and disfiguring....I cant remember the site but a google search will find it. Yhey were about £15 for the bracket but thats a small price to pay for piece of mind.

Sounds like what I have made up. Just needed to trim a little from the panel for a snug fit and drill one hole for the cable. All the screws are behind the panel so cannot be seen.

Here is a good Hands free kit all be it a bit pricey but if you change your phone you only change the adapter not the kit....
It retails at about £65 but its the best i have tried so far plus the microphone is external to the kit so you get it in the best place to be heard.

            He he he

Mine is fitted inside the fairing, charges the phone while I am going along, VOX activated mike fitted to the inside of my Crash helmet and mike is fitted as well.
Voice activated dialling, Voice activated accept as well.
See who said you can't have a phone on a bike

the one to go for is what i got from halfrauds and it has a suction cup that sticks to the windy screen i adjusted one to fit my gps mount and you should be able to do the same for a cradle with a hacksaw and a little bit of super glue.
so much to do , so little money , so little time
