  • recovery points

any of u guys added recovery points on the back.

where the original points are , are to far under the car and you cant get to them if you are stuck in deep mud.

if you have, a wee piccie would be appreciated, so i can see what you have done.

or am i as well sticking to haveing the bridle attached with the kinetic rope in the back window.

    thanks again scotty

      works for me, forward thinking

does not do to wrap rope around the bullbars all the time, unless you leave the end of it in a sensible place..............

run my truck with a 2wd hilux tow bar, not sure if this would fit a surf though.

The points under the back of the vehicle are lashing eyes, not recovery points. The best thing to do is fit a tow bar - this gives a recovery point and protects the rear bumper

You should tie up and feed the free end down through the sunroof. Move the sunroof forward to grip the strop tight.

If you get stuck- simply open the sunroof, stand up and throw the free end at your rescuer!

Same with the back recovery rope.
