  • Torsion bar adjustment.

Can anyone show me some pictures of what I have to do to adjust my front torsion bars please? I think she slightly sags on one side as I can get my head in between the wheel and wheel arch on one side, but is a really tight fit on the other side (no funny comments please)

So if anyone has some photo's of what nut's I'm supposed to adjust it would be a big help.

I've only had my truck since about August, and was planning on keeping it standard. But I am now getting the urge to pimp her up a bit. I would like to get some stiffer, longer springs or standard springs with 2" lift spacers fitted. What's the highest I can go standard without having to worry about steering/propshaft problems etc?

    Any advice welcome.

Did you like my approach then? I have got a tape measure out and measured it, but at the end of the day what matters????? The thing that matters is the all important head room in between the tyre and wheel arch so I can get my head in there and check things are as they should be!!!

The other half is checking to see if the light actually goes off when you close the door !
