first snow of winter arrives!!

4runner was slightly sluggish to start on the 30% veg mixture,
but 2x fuel line heaters and fuelcat did their job.
although heated fuel filter stayed on about 9mins, not the usual 4-5mins
but not suprising it was cold and layer of snow on bonnet

I heard it had snowed in Newcastle as well. Dunno if this was true or not.

So that will be Cockbridge to Tomintoul blocked and the A96 at Huntly passable with caution. Conditions which will last till Mid April,

actually my 2nd pic is looking at a hill 1 mile away from the bit of A96 you refer to,
as I live 5 miles from the notorious Glens of Foudland by Huntly
which often gets blocked due to drifting

want more snow, so i can head out on x-country skis this evening, just so i have skied in Novemeber!

Please don't put any more pictures of snow up. We Londoners don't get so much, and the pictures really make me feel cold!!!
