No, i been with Telewest/blueyonder broadband for years,even had my dial-up with them.
Its an always on,cable connected,unlimited supply.
never had any problems.

Been paying for 1mb for a while then out of the blue they email me and say " here you go,have 4mb instead for the same price".

Yes me too. With Telewest & been upgraded to 4Mb. They had to do it to keep price competitive. You can stll find 4Mb services cheaper though, but to be honest the hassle of changing phone suplier & ISP isn't worth the bother. Thats what you call customer lethargy and what a lot of suppliers want.
