        4 sausages, 3 rashers of bacon, fried bread, black pudding,onions (fried),garlic mushrooms,half a tin of baked beans(explosive),sliced and fried potatoes, 2 grilled tomatoes..... all washed down with a half pint mug of espresso ( 6 sugars)..... I call it A Heart Attack On A Plate !!

              Just scoffed roast chicken with 2 veg , gravy and roast potatoes , couple cans Carling . And for pud.......The Witche's recipe Lemon Cake .

                            This evening I've had a bottle of claret, choc gateau with double cream, irish coffee, 3 slices of bread and dripping (can't resist it !), a few cold roast tatties, a chocolate aero and a large glass of Irish Mist .....

                            there's nothing like a balanced diet !

                            Life is too important to take seriously !
