I got confimation from C&E for being a fuel Subsitute producer then other week - with the unfortunate 47.1ppl tax.
Now I got a phone call from Glasgown C&E office saying they want to send someone out to visit me. A questioned the usefullness of sending someone to look at a jerrycan of SVO. But lady insisted they want to do it for educational purposes. I said my wife would be at home, but I work fulltime. But I can be available on phone.
Crazy - how much do you reckon these officers site visits cost!, sending someone from Glasgow - will cost a lot more than what I will pay in tax for a year for using SVO. Why couldnt they just not bother with a visit and put me on lower rate - would be cheaper for them and me !!!
