do Televison repair men still exist??
ours died a dew years back but these days you just chuck telly's out when the break...

just that my telly was just a tad expensive and keeps turning on and off at random!

but it might well be a trip to B&O to chuck it out their window!!
nee nar nee nar, i'm a fire engine!

Matt , Is it a phillips TV ?

We had this problem with one of ours, turns out it's quite a common problem.
The main chip in the telly needed reprograming, cost about £100 to get it fixed.

            Andy.

I was a former TV engineer and gave it up. More fun driving my Surf around. Sounds like a loose connection of "dry joint"

Didn't see it was a B&O telly , too early in the morning, thought it was strange you wanted to chuck it out of B&Q's window
