Hello all.
I am new to this board having just bought a 1990 Surf.
I live in Saskatchewan, Canada and have been into off-roading for many years having been to the Rocky Mountians, Maob Utah, South Dakota and everywhere in between.

The 40 and 45 are both heavily modified, the Surf is stock for now but I want to swap in a solid axle next year. Right now I am struggling with the clutch/dual mass flywheel assembly.

The funny thing is we do have moles.
And they are big.
I've had to kill many in my yard as they create a huge mess. And they eat the wife's garden!

I should bring the 6.5 turbo diesel/ mog axled 45 over and get my buddy to level all the moles hills.
Now the wife would like that!

We took the 45 to the Top Truck Challenge in California last year. Here is a pic of the magazine cover.


I am fond of my 40 though! I've had it for 15 years now.

Awww, wish i lived in a country with decent places to off-road and adventuring....there's always a village or farm within a few miles of where ever you go over here
