Head Ache !!!

yeah i was thinking the same, well i have this feeling that its cracked just a gut feeling , koi any luck in finding the tightening sequence for the head bolts ???

Can't find it, will dig manual out and set up scanner (been in box since it came with the pc 6 months ago) and scan it for you.

Well finally got the head off today and it is cracked between the valves on cylinders 2 , 3 , 4 and a little bit around the glow plugs on 1 and 2 .

so after dinner its a trip to uk cylinder heads to arrange injector cleaning and a new head ,

something for any others that have to go through this in the future the job in general is not that difficult just remember to label everything that you disconnect as long as you remember this then you should be fine ,
if anyone that lives down this way needs any help in the future then just ask and i will happy to help
