New Surf... NOT

Hello once again all.

Many of you may remember that I started a thread a while ago about a possible new surf, and that it kicked up a lot of controversy among those who actually bothered to read it.

In that thread, I made a statement which I now regret.

I accused the 05 4Runner of being a soft-roader.

However, once I actually got off my arse and checked out the specs, I realized my mistake.

Now with that aside, has anyone got any idea as to how I could import one ?
Could I import one through Toyota ?
And where would I be able to import an RHD model from ?

Easyist would be a LHD US one, otherwise it'd have be a Jap Surf if you want RHD, I think Cyprus has RHD and some of the Indonesian countries.

I doubt Toyota will officially sell anything that isn't type approved for Oz.

I would get an LHD from the US, but I'm dyslexic and I'll bet that it'll probably make me a lefty instead of my current preffer right-handed-ness.

Well ...

I just managed to guess my way through the japanese toyota site, and found the surf.
And it's exaclty the same as the 4Runner.
Just a different name.
