I purchased a digital camera from a seller on Ebay just over a week ago, paid for it almost immediately using Paypal.I still haven't received this item, should I wait a wee bit longer or should I report this to Ebay?I have tried to contact the seller twice......no reply,I'm beginning to get the feeling I have been ripped off.The total price inc p&p is £37.50.Any advice greatly appreciated.Cheers.

No need to report it yet.
I think EBAY rules say something like 14 days before they must post.
I've sold thing with the auction finishing on a Sunday but not had chance to get to the post office until the following weekend and then that weekends been a bank holiday. I've had to deal with a lot of snotty people who don't realise that I might have other things to do with my time than take time off work to post their stuff.
Give it another few days before you start to worry.

ebay mare
I bought a mobile phone for the Mrs last month on ebay, paid thru PAYPAL, phone eventually turned up 14 days later, after a lot of chasing, asking where the item was. (no bank holiday excuses) It eventually arrived looking nothing like the item the guy had posted on the sale page, it looked like It had been reversed over by a bus.
I contacted the buyer, who told me to 'stop wasting his time'...CUE EXPLOSION OF TEMPER.... reported him to PAYPAL, and within 1 HOUR I was refunded the cost of the phone....I then promptly waited for three weeks before sending it back to him. Was great to see him have to chase ME for the phone after the tw*t delayed sending, then sending me some piece o' cr@p!www.pictureboxuk.com
