Just had mine done and am well pleased
I had the start of a bullseye on the passenger side of front screen, these guys are all franchisees but they grind out the 'chip' and inject under pressure a clear resin, whilst the repair isnt invisible - it is better than before, has bonded the damage area and sealed it from water (and possible expanding ice = busted screen)
The good thing is unless you are insured with Direct Line or one of their users,or one or two others - it comes free to you, they bill your insurance co and it doesnt affect your NCB
all you need is to produce your cover note
their name is Optic-Kleer & national number/head office is 01205 821059 who will probably refer you to the local guy. Repair took 20 mins and is guarenteed for as long as you keep the car
