    Hi All,

My handbook mentions that there are hard and soft suspension options with the former the setting to use when towing. My 96 3.0lts SSR-X dosent appear to have any switch to change the settings. Is this an optional extra or should it be on my Surf- if so where

    thanks

you might not have one if the last owner swapped the supension over,

if u have a 2nd gen should be near the idle up switch on the right hand side of the steering wheel (asuming u have a normal rhd surf)

      optional extra.
but check there are no wires going to the shocks...
it would be a switch marked hard and soft, but the position varies.
