Just wanted to say Thank You to all the contributors here.
Last year my girl went to the garage all the time and the bills were too high.
This year I wanted to do as much as I could, so far I've managed:
Rear UJs, offside CV boots, front brake pads, new suspension and lift kit (had help), worked out a way to grease the nipples, and finished off today with fuel, air, and oil filters, new oil, and new rear brake shoes. And I didn't cry for help once (well chuffed).
Not bad. I wouldn't have been able to do this without the help, and knowledge here on the forum, and it's good fun to meet up every now and then to try to break the trucks as well.
