  • Prices in France

Leaving tonight to drive to Gozzano, northern Italy somewhere and then back again, via Bresles, which is about 50kms outside Paris. Have full tank of veg oil and more in the back of car, but does anyone know if veg oil is cheaper over there and is there places that sell bio diesel and is it cheaper than diesel. Leaving tonight about 10pm to Dover and if we don't get lost, hope to be in Italy late afternoon. Returning to London via Bresles on Wednesday, to catch 1-30am ferry Thursday. My customer in France will be surprised at the personal service, with me turning up with delivery and not a transport company.
Keep your fingers crossed all goes well, especially Tony! Whats the call out fee to France??
    Rgds to all Philip

All french pump diesel has 5% bio added.

Last time I looked, veg oil was about 35p a litre, but since the euro has got stronger you probably paid less at Tesco!!

Pay slightly more at 44p from Asda. If you had told me earlier i would't have to carry 90 ltrs in the back!!
Thanks Kev and love to Bev. Like your new car.

Hi Philip, Did not see you at Leeds? French diesel prices are in the range of one euro 6 cents to around one euro 12 cents on the autoroutes. That equates to around 73 pence a litre.

          Have a good trip
