2.5 surf manual

i'm new to this site, so hi all.. i'm looking at buying a 2.5 Surf Manual GB.
can anyone please inform me if these are ok, any problems with them, if so
what should i look out for..this has got 120K on the clock is that a bit high.
and what sort of price should i be paying for it.. cheers for any info..
