urgent help needed with belts help

grrrrrr im trying to put 2 new alternater belts on my 3rd gen 3.0 and for the life of me i cant see how to get the fan belt off and how to get at the alternater . i really need this done NOWWWW so any ideas pleaseeee ive loosened the adjuster bolt on the fan belt as this has to come off to get the alternater belts on but i cant get it to move help

you need to release the tensioners buy pushing on the belts as you do it it will allow the alternator to move ,it will all have to be right on the very end of its movement before you can get the belt off

also loosen the nut on the side / centre of the pulley you want to move.
