Help required please

Have been having a few problems with the Surf, and the new one is if the ar is parked for more than two hours not facing downhill the diesel seems to be draining back to the tank, anyone know a cure for this problem????

Apart from the obvious answer of "Park it facing downhill" this sounds like air leaking into the fuel system and one likely entry point is around the fuel filter. You need to look for damaged or perished hoses and also check carefully around the filter primer pump (it's a button on top of the filter)
