In addition, who pays if your car is stolen. What if the mechanic needs to road test your car. What if you breakdown and the car is towed to the nearest garage or taken on the back of a low loader?
If you decide to move to Spain and you drive your car across the country and then load it onto a ferry where is the cut off point.
Lastly how will they be able to invoice or bill you for every mile that you do as you may lend the car to someone else in your family. The registered keeper of the vehilce is not always the driver.
