I've seen it in a couple of papers now that Defra have relented on the motorsport / farm issue and have rewritten the rules to allow farmers 28 days of motor sport during a year without affecting their grants. Apparently this is further limited by planning regs to 14 days but atleast it looks as if common sense has won for a change.
