i fully understand the retraction of an offer but i do believe under the rules of the forum as with e-bay all offers are legally binding !!!

but with thought i will accept the retraction due to the fact of me having my own her indoors and two kids i could not cope with having anymore

Thankyou for being so understanding , I obviously got carried away by the magnificence of your surf , my wife is also a very understanding person .
