Yes I got mine from Ebay to, I paid 15 quid for it. Be very carefull when removing the needle, I very nearly snapped mine. But you can get the stick on type as well, I think these are 7 quid or so.

          Warning guys,

Bolloxx has a 3rd Gen, you have 2nd Gens, the speedos are completely different.

I believe for 3rd Gens you can get gearings to set the speedos for the SVA.

You dont need a geared speedo convertor, your speedo is electronic so will need a chip, see here http://www.importedvehicles.co.uk/ch...everything.htm

Good idea, I nearly trashed mine. But if you do need one.

Try these £30.00.http://www.matlocksystems.com/. Make sure you get the one with the signal back to the ECU.

Spoke with http://www.importedvehicles.co.uk/ and couldn't get any sense out of the girl on the phone, she couldnt tell me how the thing was fitted. She reckoned it might need soldering but she couldnt say for sure.

Couldnt get hold of http://www.matlocksystems.com/ it was just an answering machine. Theres looks easier to fit and is £35 cheaper.
