have just fitted 2" roger brown body lift looks mint but have a problem ive got the gear lever extensions that came with it but cant work out where they go taken out gear lever thinking they screwed on bottom but all i can see is that the lever just turns into the ball joint at end so where do they go? any ideas im stuck!!!!! pic of what they look like below both ends threaded one for something to screw into one to screw onto something

He also has other suggestions to make regarding alterations to reduce binding and/or other difficulties with the levers after a body lift.
