I'm alarmed

My surf is shortly going to be a pile of spare parts ,but........the engine has all been removed & I would like to operate the rear window .
The battery is connected & there is plenty of life in it ,but the immobiliser has disabled all the electrics .
It's a cat 1 Toad A606i .
What is the simplest way to get round this problem ?
Will I find a wire running to the ignition circuit that I can cut.
Do I just need to sever all the wires from the alarm ?? What's the answer ?

Ok , dismantled the alarm & disconnected the jumpers .

Still dead.
Obviously it's tied into the ignition & you would need to by-pass it .
Guess that leaves me with the alternative of wiring the the window motor direct to a battery.
