Seriously though. One of the Forum electronics boffins was working on an alternative PCB to the original Toyota one. If he has done it good luck. The way to get it advertised would be to trial a couple of freebies on a few members trucks. Yes please, I'll have one.

The person selling this item is Paul and he is listed in parts for sale, with phone number etc. I have had things from him and all was as described. Look under 3ltr parts for sale on 21 March. As far as i know is good guy.

Its probably a 3 pole switch, a relay and some wires, that piggy backs to the motor wires, so you can use it to wind the window up and down. The rest is just sales pitch, to convice you your gonna have a problem with it.

But you won't have all the wiper, latch, lock, interlocks so not particually sophisticated.

It'll over ride any ECU problems, but won't fix any motor or regulator woes, which are far the most common.

It probably a valid auction for something someone made.
