T Belt Label?

I have a sticky label in Japanese located on the housing above the radiator fan it also reads 85000km in the middle of Jap lettering.
Does this relate to the mileage when the T belt was changed or could it refer to radiator coolant change. If it was on the top of the timing belt cover it might be easier to confirm.
Any ideas appreciated.

Most likely it is the recommended change interval. Unless they rounded off the mileage when they filled in the label. Post a photo of it. Don't know about the newer (1988+) 2LT engines, but changing the belt idler pulleys at the same time as the belt is cheap insurance. They have been known to seize producing a few seconds of an odd squealing sound followed a loud bang and then complete silence
