Please help!! 94 hilux 4runner deisil.
keeps losing power, throttle right down and seems as tho nothing coming through, almost feels like running out of fuel, then will go the do it again and evtually die, wait 2mins and will start again go for a bit and repeat the same above.
I've pulled fuel filter out, drained what was in it. It in a contain and seems as tho it has a double line as in 2 liquids on top of each other, and a bit of rust looking flakes, because of that I didnt put new on on as I didnt wana ruin it before taking it to shop to be looked at. But I wana save costs and so what I can before that, so I drained that and out it back on pumped it for ages and drove it. Instantly same thing has happened.
what els can I try before taking it in. Or what els can it potentially be??
