Those of you who remember my speeding offence

and were kind enough to give me advice, thanks Koi, Mikey and Markjbl32, I now have a result, and it shows that it can be done.

After going back and forth with letters and returning 3 uncompleted NIP'S, 5 months after the apparent offence, I get this

Nice one - I presume this was a, "Sorry, i've done everthing I can to identify the driver" excuse & it worked. Thats Surfers 2, Essex & TVP nil, then!

yep, thats it Mikey, plus added a few options that I'm a night worker and the vehicle is used by a few ppl while i'm a kip...............so haven't a clue who could have been driving.................especi ally as its now 5 months ago
