Try taking the connector off, making sure everything is nice and clean, nothing greasy, no gunk lodged anywhere that is preventing it closing up properly. Do it all back up, nice and tight (not too tight). Should be ok. Oh, precautionary note, when doing anything with the battery, remove the negative terminal first (off both batteries if two are fitted), and do it back up again last. 10 brownie points to anyone who knows why?

no need for me to sort it now its booked in tomorrow to have the dails done (via the car sales place) and i went back and told them the prob and they are sorting that for free too,

gonna have to cut my milage down (been driving for no reason at all since i got the surf lol) as its drinking fuel...

also i fitted my headunit today... glove box doesnt go back rite but that should get fixed when they do the dials lol,

oh and got a free wheel cover from the dealership! that was a real supprise, and it looks great
