Dear Bob,

Despite repeated attempts to do the repairs myself after your excellent diagnostics via the inter-web thingy, my flux capacitor is still making my surf zoom back to the day I married. As you know, it's the day before I married I need to get back to in order to stop myself taking this strange and dark path in my life.

I'm sorry, but I now hav no other option than to bring the capacitor back to you for immediate repair or refund of the original mechanical fee plus interest for making me have to live through my wedding a further 14 times!

changing your name to Matt will not stop me asking for this refund.
