well you won't get me standing there on my roof, I have a sunroof and don't know what would louder - the crack of the roof, or the assembled group laughing !!!!!!!!!!!
Glad to see you had a great time, but I have 2 question2 ???
What have you done to the exhaust ??????
HOW did Bob bugger his reversing light ??????????
Trev
Damn I wish I could have made it - naffing Astra drivers
The SDV has a sunroof too! Careful placing of feet was required but then my feet are clown comedy feet or barges anyway so the weight is distributed!!!
As for the exhaust... hmmm, I think we'll put that down to over enthusiasm, playing up to the camera and maybe a couple of old welds. Basically, the tailpipe came away from the backbox and left us wondering "what's that noise?!" as we trailed it along the floor

It was Bobs fog light, not the reversing one!
hmmmmmmmmm
couldn't see sunroof
It's good to hear of another fog lamp biting the dust
Loads of thanks @ Danno for organising and Danno and Gav (and Debs) for guiding.
I had a great weekend and it was really good to meet some more people for a laugh.
Ill post some pics in a min but no one got any of uncle Rick and I boucing out the seats when the car took off! The sun has given me a Rosy red colour too
Derrrr - I knew what I meant (honest !) all I can say in my defence is that I'd just finished cleaning the Surf and I was tired ........ after all, it's Jackie's car and I'm not used to doing all that washing !
Cleaning ?
Cleaning ?
Cleaning after you worked so hard to apply the car's favourite colour scheme ?
Am I seeing things ? You should drive it into work like that and give all your colleagues a shock, NO ONE parks up too close when you have the mud coating, it's great
Much as it pains me to admit it ... the Surf is Jackie's - I'm only allowed in the driving seat when we need to tow the caravan or if it needs a run. I wanted to take it to work but she wouldn't let me !
And before you ask - it IS a thumb print and not a bald patch .....
Had an excellent time and great to meet loads of you!!
It rained last night and the SDV has almost cleaned herself boo hooo was well looking forward to taking it to work all muddy!! Well she is stll much muddier than any of the other 4x4's we saw on the way home!
It was so funny watching people's face's as we were driving down the M3 and M25 the kids were like "Dad dad look at that!!"
Poor old Snoop aka as the dirty beast had to get up at 4.30am poor thing but was most gutted not to be taking the Surf up to Heathrow but fuel consumption has gone mental due to lack of Exhaust and had to tak my MX5 he he!!

I had the same - I actually had people pointing and laughing round the M25
Good to meet you and the Dirty Beast of Salisbury
Car was getting hot on hills though i think my rad is blocked with algae and my fuel consumption went up as my viscous fan was on all the way home.
