Well no you dont as you dont intend to stay, but as its for charity you can make your own mind up If you aren't staying then I can take donations on the day.

Best day will probably Sunday as that'll be the day most people will be there and the day for most off the offroading. Hangovers permitting!

Its £10 per truck for two nights, but its for charity, no-one is profitting except the pub landlord when we drink his beer!!

If you can send your donations to me (address on this thread) so I can give the pub an idea of numbers so he can arrange staff cover as he has given us his function room for free as long as we all eat there on Sat night. Not expensive food, but its goodwill gesture.
