never seen a roof on a runway yet and i been to a fair few airports in my time.
but they all had roofs on the passenger lounges where linda started this thread at silly O clock when we were in bed. so on the assumption linda was not on a laptop on the runway she would only see SNOW through that modern technology bit of kit called a WINDOW
