Morning all,

I thought you might wnat to be aware of the latest release regarding the byways and roads used as foot paths.

You will find the latest here.

Hopefuly, the majority of Highway authorities will not be too proactive in changing the designations of the byways etc.

Looks like another 'back door' way of getting at us 4x4 owners. Soon there won't be any point in having one.....

Aint it strange that the wording is ROADS used as public pathways and not PATHWAYS used a public roads
