Driving Lamps ?

Does anyone know if there are a set of driving lamps out there with both dipped and full beam capability ?

I`ve got a big set of spots on the front of my surf, but they are on a separate button to the other lights and as a result its too much hassle switching them on and off when cars come towards you. Is there a way to wire spots to the original wiring for the dip/full beam on the surf ?

I find that when driving on unlit roads I can see better with dipped lights on as they light the road right in front of the surf, but the full beam lights from about 30 yards in front of the truck onwards.

I drive on unlit roads daily and really need to see whats both in front of me (0-30 yards) and beyond that as I`ve had a number of close things with various wildlife (including killing a deer in my Astra last year).

Anyone got a solution to this particular problem ?
